Game Freezes- Group Play Issue

In single player when the game freezes there is a pause protection mechanic to keep the player alive during a major performance issue. In group play the game freezes without the pause, characters will often die while frozen, as the player has no ability to control their character. This frequently happens in boss fights, losing the map. With my group this happens EVERY night. Twice tonight. Lost 2 Jade maps. Not good. We all logged out.
