LF Help rounding out theory craft for Dracolich style antics.

Hey folks! Hope we're all doing well. Been enjoying my first foray into PoE2 and the new dragon addition, and I've got a solid foundation of a build going but I feel like I'm just at the edge of making all the pieces fit together to -pop-.
The theme/motif: Combine minions with Wyvern for big Dracolich vibes, having a pile of expendable minions while you are the raid boss. The core: Wyvern's grounded four pack works fine for a clean set of skills for movement, damage, and healing. Add in pounce for more movement, scaling damage off our minion count, and minions, nice. The filler minions give some nice buffer bodies and clean up from being too dogpiled while dealing with the clunky animations, nice. The problems: Wyvern is power charge dependent and bosses give no chances for any, so boss fights grind to a halt of either pitiful wing slaps or just kiting around doing basic oil barrage. Minions do not scale well into bosses early game either. Another problem is casting my support/utility spells without leaving my boss form. Elemental Vulnerability is great for all the lightning and incidental other stuff I'm dealing, and if I can cast that, I can also add profane ritual to it for secondary power charge generation when bodies are around. I also want to try and sneak in Raise Zombie and Unearth for a proper horde effect. One is a spell and Raise Zombie is a... nothing, but it does also unshift you. Potential solution and where I'm hitting a bit of a 'clank' in the theory: I'm not of level to have it yet, but idea for potential bodies is Sacrifice. Eat my own minions for power charges nice, and would give me reloads for my real damage against bosses (and also heals and charges with gorge). Triggered spells don't de-shift you. the question then becomes: what is a good way to trigger spells for the minimum of Elemental Weakness, but bonus if can also add in Profane Ritual (mmm 'passive' extra power charge generation with token extra damage), and maaaybe Raise Zombie and Unearth. Cast on minion death works, and might make a self propagating loop? But it seems my initial plan of having Wolf Pack as my main filler minion doesn't work as they don't fill Cast on Minion Death. They're a bit off theme anyway but it was a pretty natural choice... So now I'm wondering if I am thinking about this the right way for my minion/trigger effect. I could see if Invocations break shift maybe, that opens up some good Spirit efficient options. I also don't know what a good minion to go for would be as a 'low active effort body', as most of the skeletons are pretty high upkeep and not really, cheap. Currently a Shaman, using the Charm Slot Spirit to help fund this very Spirit heavy idea, currently my main damage is from a Lightning Pen, Living Lightning Oil Barrage with a filler set of gems on Rend (cause I moved most of my supports from Rend to Oil Barrage and the game has been dry on the Support drops) So yeah, ideas/thoughts appreciated as I sit here and continue to pokepoke through story to get the last tier of tools. What minions should I be looking at? Is going for full Temp Minion a bit greedy and just push for more passives for Shapeshift/Reviving Minions? I made build (https://www.pathofexile.com/forum/view-thread/3895013 that uses exclusively charged Oil Barrage. If you have free body armor slot, cultivated Redflare Conduit gives you infinite power charges - if you attack, theres 20% chance on hit to get power charge (and oil barrage does alot of hits in 2 seconds), if you dont attack for 4 seconds (recently), you autogenerate power charges.
