Missing weapon set passive points - 2 points missing

I have completed the campaign but I have only 22 weapon passive points instead of 24 on my character LNEITS on Fate of the vaal.
I have checked all npcs in all towns for missing reward point dialogue options and all acts for missing quests. I have no clue where I am missing these. Please help! Last bumped on Jan 8, 2026, 5:04:52 AM

my guess would be act 4 kedge bay - journeys end

I tried to kill the Captain Hartlin, but it doesn't trigger the event for me to kill "Omniphobia, Fear Manifest". I think it is not this one...

Doryani provides the last 2 skill points when you complete the interlude and go to end game. Why they did this? I have no fucking idea, its not in the mission list.

I tried Doryani in Kingsmarch and in the Ziggurat Refuge. But it doesn't have any option for me to claim the points...
BTW, I'm at end-game. |

Also because I did the islands out of order, I missed saving Makoru from the Shrike island, so I didnt get the quest to go to EyeofWhatever. Saving him wasnt in the quest list and neither was the EyeofWhatever. So I skipped over it and missed the skill points the godess gives you for beating the monkey.
