PoE2 - Tactician Supporting Fire Skill unaffected by rarity?

I'm currently playing a Tactician and using Supporting Fire (granted by Ascendancy node "Unleash Hell!") as the main skill.

In the tooltip for Supporting Fire, I do not see a line for Item Rarity.


The "On Kill Effects" header, where this would be located, does show up in my weapon's basic attack tooltip, as well as in the tooltip for my minion skills, but not for the Ascendancy Skill tooltip.



I equipped rarity gear on a Shaman, and in the tooltip for its Ascendancy Skill: "Apocalypse" and rarity appears there.


Does rarity not apply to "Supporting Fire" ?
