no drop Juatalotli's Medallion after hotfix ?

Am I the only one who notices that after every hotfix they make to the temple, the medallion drop rate drops significantly, especially Juatalotli's Medallion? Normally, I'd easily get 3 per run, and now many runs don't drop any, always after the hotfix. This is terrible because it makes progressing through the temple extremely difficult.
