You have provided so little information it is impossible for anyone to meaningfully help you. Is this thread about PoE 1 or PoE 2? Which character(s) are affected? Which skill(s) are not leeching anymore? Which leech nodes on the tree have you taken? Are affected characters using Chaos Inoculation? Are you trying to leech Life, Mana, or Energy Shield? If Energy Shield, what converts any leeched Life to leeched ES? etc etc Having spent thousands of euros on Path of Exile over the years, I will not be further supporting it financially until and unless GGG resumes offering Technical Support.
