[TEMPLE] Operation timeout and rooms deleted

Hi,
i was doing a temple run and the game shows me a window like "Timeout operation" and kicks me at character login.
i logged back in my hideout and temple was close with a lot of rooms removed.
So, the temple closed without letting me put any room or lock medalion and i lost a lot of max level rooms.

i open a ticket to support and they says that i need to do a forum post, so im here.

Is there a way to restore temple before the timeout or to yesterday?
Losing this rooms and a lot time in this way feels terrible and is not even my fault.
