Prism of Belief Does Noting!!!

Saw few same post, but they're outdated a bit.
Here's an issue: https://iimg.su/i/IgNwPv https://iimg.su/i/wqVTi8 As you may see tooltip doesn't change with or without prism of belief. I hope It's just a visual bug...
