Temple of Chaos Freeze + Kick

Last night, on January 7th, 2026, I was for the third time attempting the Temple of Chaos in order to finish my Ascendancy. I finally managed to complete all 10 rooms for the first time and proceeded to the next room, where there was a gate in which I was supposed to place the 3 “Ultimatum Fragments”.

I placed only one fragment, which was the one I had obtained (Victorius Fate), just to see what would happen, since it was my first time in that area. At that moment, the game froze and disconnected me from the Temple of Chaos. Because I had left my Victorius Fate in the gate, when I reconnected it was no longer in my inventory.

Do I need to complete the 10 rooms again and will the fragment still be at the final gate, or have I lost this item permanently?
