Bug Report: Completed maps stuck as In Progress and converted to Failed (investment lost)

Hello GGG Support Team,
I would like to report a bug that caused me to lose several maps and their investments.
I ran and fully completed the following maps:
A T15 Tower Map using The Grand Project Precursor Tablet.
Two Citadel boss maps using Vision of Paradise Tablets.
In all cases:
The map boss was killed.
Inside the map (Tab menu) it showed "Map Completed".
The portal tooltip also showed "Map Completed".
However, after returning to my hideout, the Map Device continued to show the maps as "In Progress".
When I attempted to open another map to clear the device, the previous map was then marked as "Failed", despite being completed, and the maps and tablets were lost.
