Abyssal Apparition not working with Lightning Warp

Hi.

Previously, I've been using the Lich's Price of Power to consume power charges when casting Lightning Warp. This worked just fine and triggered Well of Power to automatically recover some percentage of my total mana.

Today I've switched to Abyssal Lich. However, Abyssal Apparition does not trigger and/or consume a power charge when casting Lightning Warp.

Abyssal Apparition (AA) excludes channeling spells, spells with a cooldown, triggered spells, spells granted by items, or those that already consume a power charge. Lightning Warp (LW) is none of those, but still does not work with AA.

Not sure if this is just a general bug, or maybe a side-effect of the new debuff that LW can apply to monsters (which then triggers on death). Nevertheless, it breaks my build as I lose out on 9% mana recovery per LW cast... and I would have to switch back to Lich.
