thanes rune of spring not going into bow

Hi, i just recently got a new bow and was replacing one of the greater storm runes with a thanes rune and it was giving me the prompt asking me if i was sure. but even when pressing yes it was not completing the swap.

yes there is already one socketed in one slot trying to put 2
