It nothing giga broken, but is ethical and innovative.

Bit of a back story, I build this thing for the sole purpose of showcasing it. I wanted to make use of Powerful Casting and Rage. I started with Tacati's Ire and blackflame covenant. Failure.
Having to stack strength and Intelligence as a base line makes Mjölner Torment Club a very nice candidate for weapon. Casting cost no mana and add in on top increase trigger damage and you got a very expensive tree. An other failure.

It does not seem very impressive in the showcase video i agree, but there's a bit going on under the hood of this baby
So thunderstorm drenches target, every one knows, but there are two support gem for drench targets

1- Shock conduction 2 : Hits from Supported Skills always Shock Drenched targets
Shocking Hits from supported Skills have a 50% chance to also Shock enemies in a 2.5 metre radius

2- Coursing current : Trigger Coursing Current when a Hit from Supported Skills Shocks (Deals 1 to 11 Lightning Damage/Chains 6 times/Projectiles can only collide with Drenched targets

And there is the core mechanic, we guarantee shock with Shock conduction, Coursing current then shocks all drenched targets for each thunder stacking up ailment trigger

All this makes and easy time for Cast on ailment, on which i put Lightning Conduit, which states : 10% more damage per 5% shock effect on target. Since we have guarantee shock effects for all, we only need to stack it. I stack it up to a wooping 80%,on top of it add Forced outcome from oracle ascendancy and you get yourself some damage, you can do the math.

this is accomplished using Shackles of the wretched and vaal cultivation, having 40% increase shock and ailment beside freeze are reflected to you, we get to use Commiserate support gem (40% more magnitude if you are afflicted with that Ailment when inflicting it).

But that is not all my dear friends, since Coursing current and Static Shocks support gems are both considered spell and trigger, they are affected by all increase to damage and crit and trigger.

PS. i use spark only to cast a lot or Coursing currents and shock and Commiserate. I swear it is not a spark build
Edit : i want to mention, obviously, Choir of the storm jade amulet makes the build go to a whole other stage, but since it is already good without and a good Shackles vall cultivation is hard to get, i didnt include it, because it's not necessary, even tho it goes from decent to broken build.
