please fix the dual wield attack speed bug....

if you bring 2 white weapons of the same type, attack with one of the maces alone before dual wielding then use both maces and attack again "using a skill without attack speed penality"

the dual wield maces will attack much slower for some reason, although the tooltip does not change at all. "so the attacks per second stays the same.
