Temple: Energized crystals increased limit bug

Hello,

After finaly getting to the 60 crystal limit I decided to give it a go for the temple.
Today, after I did like 3 temple runs (and killing atziri once while protecting the snake), I realised that my maximum limit of energized crystals that can be stocked up went from 60 to 48.
Did anyone else encountered this issue?
If so, was it related while killing atziri or targeting a specific room?
I thought the limit can't be decreased once you get it up to 60, or was I wrong?

ps: I know it sounds very crazy, but if there are any logs GGG can check please do so, a bug like this would literaly make people go bananas.
