Black Edges on screen

i have been playing on ps5 and just started playing on PC and i have a ultrawide monitor 5120x1440 , how can i get rid of the black edges on the screen? i didn't have this problem on ps5, game does look better on pc, if there is any like fixes or anything i can do to make the game not have those black edges and be full screen , i would appreciate it thanks
