Anyone using a Razer Tartarus or equivalent keyboard/gamepad to play WASD?

Like the title says, anyone have experience with this?

I bought the Razer Tartarus v2 recently and using it to play with WASD. It's actually pretty nice... I'm getting used to it.

The keypad on it sort of sucks though. It's really just switches, so moving diagonally feels weird (but probably same as WASD). Also the placement of the joystick is a little further away from the keyboard horizontally than I would like... making your thumb feel outstretched and not in a normal position. Gives you an ape posture lol.

I was wondering if anyone's used anything similar.

I'm using the Tartarus V2, but I don't use the keypad for movement.

The problem with Razer products is, that the quality isn't the best and they break pretty easily.
I was using the Razer Orbweaver before and played WoW with the keypad for movement. It didn't last too long, because the buttons gave up eventually, so I'd recommend to just use the pad for some shortcuts u don't use too often.
