can't summon any minion - kinda solved

So when i have wand with spellslinger skill, and i want to summon 1 minion game says "not enough spirit to summon desired amount" even when i have a lot of spirit left unused, so after like hour i found why is this happening buy u guys need to fix it.

If there is NONE socketed skill in spellslinger skill u cant summon anything, but if u put random skill gem there now u can summon.
