Is it bug that I cannot use Abyssal Lightning Bolt MTX with Choir?

As the title says, they literally are the same skill and I wish to know.

Either a bug or an oversight but it wont work with choir. Talk to support about coin refund, the community doesnt speak for support when it comes to fiat refunds.
