Poe2 Cant create 2nd ssf char (create btton is greyed out)

There's not a lot of information provided.
Can you create non-SSF characters? How many total characters do you have? Having spent thousands of euros on Path of Exile over the years, I will not be further supporting it financially until and unless GGG resumes offering Technical Support.

I only have 1 char in fate and 1 ssf fate. in normal fate I can create new chars. wierd!

you have to make it in normal fate of the vaal league and then select SSF on the start up screen before you choose your class.
