Pyromantic Pact and Incinerate

Incinerate cannot be used anymore when Pyromantic Pact is assigned. Incinerate requires fuel which is built up by spending mana. Gaining Internal Flame does not generate fuel.

Also the skill Mana Tempest cannot be used when Pyromantic Pact is assigned.
