too many abyss pit removes all the mobs from map

This happen to me twice today. with small map like Augury, i have 43 abyss pits showing as in map mods. now there NO MOBS in the map except for the map boss and a few deli mobs and 1 abyss pit. total maybe 50 monsters including everything.
