Shaman bear sceptre bug! HELP! I can't put my support gems in it anymore

Hi guys,

I have a Shrine sceptre and I was trying some support gem changes in my skill gems.
I had my Purity of ice socketed with some gems and after I took my gems out, I could't put them back in..
Nothing works! I tried also other skill gems, but nothing works! Can't socket any gem anymore..

Anybody can help me with this?

(And yes, I have enough spirit, attributes, open sockets etc.. I had them just socket in purity of ice 5 minutes ago!)

Does the sceptre have "reduced attribute requirements"?
Then you need the original attributes (without the reduction) to socket the support gems.
