[PoE 2] Quest Stuck: Act 2 Hinekora's Lock - Cannot claim 5% Mana reward

1. The Result (Current Issue):
I am permanently unable to complete the "Hinekora's Lock" (Navali's Rest) quest in Act 2, which means I cannot obtain the "+5% Maximum Mana" character upgrade.
Even after I created a brand new instance (Ctrl+Click) and personally completed all 3 trials correctly, the Altar/NPC still refuses to trigger the reward event. The quest state appears to be stuck.
2. The Cause (How it happened):
The issue occurred because I originally joined a friend's instance. In that instance, I went directly to the altar and interacted with the NPC without completing the 3 required trials first. This seems to have desynchronized or bugged my quest progression.
Steps I have tried to fix it:
Created a new instance of the map.
Completed all 3 trials solo.
Went to the Altar, but nothing happens.
