Unable to move during Tavakai fight

Right after Tavakai talks at the beginning of the fight I was shoved backwards into the burning wreckage on the southwest side of the building and was unable to move while he beat me to death. I was in bear form when this happened. The model kept crouching like it was trying to move. No response to movement keys, no response to any abilities, including pounce.
