Deadly map boss won't begin fight

In a Derelict Mansion map, I made my way to the map boss after completing rituals and expedition. One of the bosses just continues to dance, while the other look like he is playing the organ, but is floating above the arena not touching anything. I can not damage them and the fight wont start
