Ascendancy points not given

I did the second trial to get my 3rd ascendancy. Killed the 2 bosses on the second floor. Clicked on the altar to get the points. Didnt get em. Did i do smth wrong or ?

You need to complete 3 floors to get points 5 & 6. (There is an altar after the second floor to enable changing Ascendancy.)
