How come PoE 2 is only Silver on Steam's Top Seller in 2025 List?

It starts from Platin and PoE 2 is ranked silver.

This game reached almost 600k on launch and released on dec 6 2024. The list is for 2025 but I'm not sure if it counts from Jan 1 2025 to end of the year or it includes december of the last year as well just like TGA. If it's from 1 jan 2025 to end of the year then I understand the silver rank, that's like ignoring the 80% of the sales it made.

But if it includes from the release of the game, then there is no way it's silver. This game was always on top 10-15 excluding discount seasons, there is no way it ranked silver from the start.

Anyone know how it works? If it doesn't include the release date since it was 2024 then sure all good. But if it includes from the start, I highly think there is something wrong with this list. It should've been platin easily.

Says on the page it's ranked based on revnue.

A large portion of PoE2's revenue does not come from steam.
