client problems poe2

Hello,

I'm stucked into abyssal depths...
Can't teleport tp hideout, or anywhere else....

I'm recieving info about disconnecting from server constantly, and can't do anything
Yesterday your client was crashing many times during my map or logbook clear, what ends my runs with no loot, no currency or map and logbook with no option to continue, because there was no portal avaible to rejoin....
So i lost 3 devines thanks "working as intended game"

Do something about it and, at least i want to play a game i've paid for because right now i can't
