Appeal regarding Chat Mute/Ban in poe2

Dear PoE Support Team,
I am writing to sincerely apologize for my recent behavior in the World/Trade chat channels which led to my account being restricted from chatting for 2 days. I understand that my actions violated the community guidelines. I value the Path of Exile community and the ability to trade with other players, and I realize now that my messages were inappropriate for the public channel. I want to assure you that this will not happen again. I have reviewed the terms of use, and I am committed to maintaining a positive and helpful environment in the chat channels moving forward. Could you please review my case and consider lifting the chat ban? I would greatly appreciate the opportunity to participate in the economy and the community again.
