Life Leech Suffix on Gloves not working

As per title, Life Leech on Suffix is not working
Half ES left, Flicker Strike on mob
Still have half ES with no signs of restoring

Works when i use Life Leech Support Gem on Flicker Strike just fine

Am using Soul Tether Long Belt together with Life Leech Support Gem to leech for ES

EDIT: I think i figured it out after reading some posts. Normal Life Leech isn't working for CI Chars as Life is Always Full

You need to have Life Leech Support gems effects like (Not removed at full life) and Notable Fast Metabolism for it to work

Or just use Essentia Sanguis
