Microtransactions from PoE1 missing on PoE2

Hi everyone!
Don't know if I am the only one and allready contacted with support for this issue, but my microtransactions that once thei were available (like some of the pets I have in PoE1) in PoE2 are totally gone, and the armour sets or portals that said on them "Not Yet Available" are gone too from the list of cosmetics of PoE2, at least for me. Support is overwhelmed with tickets and can not attent me particularly, so I am now doing what they told me to do, post the issue here. Probably expecting that someone with the same problem allready solved this issue I am having for a long time allready. I hope that if nothing gets solved in the meantime support will be landing me a hand with this. For a brief example: I bought long ago in PoE1 the 2 pets Green Frog and Frozen Frog, and when PoE2 launched I was able to use both of them, now I only can use the Green Frog on PoE2, but still have the Frozen on PoE1.
