The quest in act 4 to get the hideout is just missing

I’m in act 4 Ange has no quest “hostile takeover quest for me” i’ve cleared the singing cavern 2x still nothing she just has no quest at all for me. … it just have no hideout I guess.

I’ve restarted the game, I even bought another hideout to try to switch the hideout, it’s my first character of the season.

Any idea how to fix this?

Edit: I got to the hide out by switching my hideout … but she still has no quest for me to clear the hide out out and I can’t access the marketplace. Momentarily a quest marker appeared above her head and when I talk to her, she just said isn’t this place beautiful or something but no quest generated.
