Spinning gears/loading during combat and exploring map

Recently I have been getting the spinning gears/loading screen while fighting the first act boss and just while in the field exploring. This meant that as I was being attacked and I was attacking it just got stuck in the grinding gears loading animation. Then it loaded back into the fight and was messed up. I also got it as I was exploring the map and then stopped to check out the gem/skills. This needs to be looked at.
