Infinite Loading Screen/Cannot Log Into Any Character

My Character is stuck in an infinite loading screen when login into any Character.
PC, happens on Vulkan and DX11, cache cleared, gateway changed. Please reset the Character instance. Or what to do? Thanks Last bumped on Jan 10, 2026, 5:48:15 PM

When you select the character on the character selection screen, is there an 🛖 icon?
 If so, try clicking on it. Having spent thousands of euros on Path of Exile over the years, I will not be further supporting it financially until and unless GGG resumes offering Technical Support.

on new createt char is a icon like this. But there ist also loading screen like before didnt work...

What if you Ctrl-click on the button to enter the game on an affected character?
Have you tried repairing the game client? Which client are you using?
