4th ascendancy points...

Why does this item not say I need fragments to get my 4th ascendancy points before doing the trial???

I wasted my time at level 90 getting to here to find this crap out from global chat.

Yes, it is annoying having to find out the hard way and really should have been more clearly stated somewhere. It seems that GGG like surprises.

On the upside, you have gained the first of the required 3 fragments. You can buy the other 2 on trade.

Not exactly a bug though.
