[Regression] Mana Remnants (Spirit Gem) – Overflow Mana drains while idle with Necromantic Conduit

This report concerns the Mana Remnants Spirit Gem Skill and its interaction with Overflow Mana and Necromantic Conduit.

Summary (TL;DR)

Overflow Mana gained from the Mana Remnants Spirit Gem Skill drains over time while idle when Necromantic Conduit is allocated.
This behavior did not occur previously and appears to be a regression.

Issue Description

When Mana Remnants (Skill Gem) generates Overflow Mana (mana exceeding the normal maximum), the overflow portion gradually decreases over time even when no mana is being spent.

This behavior occurs specifically when:

Necromantic Conduit is allocated

Minions are present

In earlier gameplay with the same mechanics and character setup, Overflow Mana remained stable unless mana was consumed.

Character Setup

Mana Remnants (Spirit Gem Skill) active (Persistent Buff)

Minions summoned

Necromantic Conduit allocated

Steps to Reproduce

Allocate Necromantic Conduit.

Activate the Mana Remnants (Spirit Gem Skill).

Generate and pick up Mana Remnants to gain Overflow Mana.

Stop all actions (no skill usage, no mana costs).

Observe the mana value over time.

Expected Result

Overflow Mana should remain stable while no mana is spent (as observed previously and consistent with expected Overflow behavior).

Actual Result

Overflow Mana continuously drains on its own, even while completely idle.

Additional Testing / Observations

Removing Necromantic Conduit stops the mana drain.

With identical conditions but without Necromantic Conduit, Overflow Mana behaves as expected.

The drain occurs even outside of combat.

No mana-consuming skills or effects are active.

This strongly suggests an unintended interaction or regression between the Mana Remnants Spirit Gem and Necromantic Conduit, potentially redirecting or consuming Overflow Mana incorrectly.
