No Immured Fury... Again. Reference ID: 936,062,670

Immured Fury failed to spawn twice in a row, first in an Epitaph map, then in a Grim Haven. Both maps have the same boss and both maps had "Additional Packs of Trancended Monsters" mod, not sure if either contributes to the bug but worth mentioning.
