Altar of sacrifice not dropping after 50 temple runs

Altar of sacrifice used to appear very frequently when I started my temple but suddenly it stopped showing at all (its been around 65 temple runs with occasional reroll medallion so far)

It could be some sort of a bug because I used the altar twice and deleted multiple rooms then skipped the room a couple of times but then it stopped showing

Same problem
