Unable to Change Ascendancy from Chronomancer to Stormweaver

Hello,

I am hoping you can help me with an issue regarding my Ascendancy in Path of Exile 2.

I have completed both the Trial of the Sekhemas and the Temple of Chaos (third version) twice each. I am able to refund my Ascendancy passive points and regular passive skill points without any issue. However, I am unable to switch my Ascendancy from Chronomancer to Stormweaver, as the option to change Ascendancy does not appear.

This character was recently restored after I accidentally deleted it. Since the restoration, I have refunded everything back to a “fresh” state, removed all gear and jewels, and banked all spell gems. Despite this, the option to change Ascendancy is still unavailable, which makes me concerned the character may be bugged.

For additional context, I was able to successfully respec and change Ascendancy on my level 93 Pathfinder, but not on this character.

Could you please let me know if this is a known issue related to character restoration, or if there is something additional I need to do to enable changing Ascendancies? If possible, I would greatly appreciate any assistance with resetting or correcting the character state.
