Spymaster rooms get assassinated and destroyed when it should not

This was my temple before running, I have used medallion to lock corruption room at the end of the way. When I was running I found every spymaster rooms were assassinated and after closing temple every spymaster rooms got destroyed.

I was confusing so I didn't take screenshot right away but this is how my temple looked to be.

So I took a screenshot 2 runs after that, as you can see there are many rooms that doesn't connect with. All room's bonuses still counting but unable to go(since there is no path connected)

Now I'm fucked up and have no choice but try to restart all over...

You seem to have made a full circle. But i have the same problem without going in a circle. My corners are just gone. I have no idea what caused this glitch and support mail seems not working.
