I have Locked myself out of Aztiri

Please help, I have locked myself perminantly out of the ability to fight Atziri. I didn't know this room had no path going the other way. This was going to by my first time fighting her but I can't get to her. Because that room also connects to the key, killing arcitect also doesn't make the room disappear (I have tried)

Either I need advice to find a way around this or this is a terrible bug that locked me out of being able to do my main goal for the season.

I was in a similar situation - your best bet is to destabilize enough rooms (or sacrifice the Armoury there via a sacrificial chamber) to free the connection for a road. You might have to do the Architect multiple times for it to destabilize that room.

It would be nice if there was an ingame explanation of what is needed to connect to Atziri - as that would probably prevent a lot of placing mistakes that are really annoying and time consuming to fix.

Update I got the room that lets you sacrifice another room and I killed it! I can now access the chamber
