prism of belief diamond explosive spear bug

when you put the jewel in the tree, it doesnt change tooltip damage immediately
instead need to snapshot it with fire mastery

how to replicate:
- no fire mastery socketed in explosive spear
- socket in +3 explosive spear diamond jewel
- socket in fire mastery into explosive spear
- change fire mastery with anything
- change +3 explosive spear diamond with any jewel/unsocket it

this results in explosive spear tooltip damage as if +3 explosive spear diamond is socketed

tooltip damage resets when changing zone.

I dont test the damage againts real mobs, so might be just tooltip bugs

this doesnt happen with other + skill jewel.
i test it with storm lance diamond, tooltip change the number immediately
