Radiant Lightning Bolt Effect not applied to Choir of the Storm lightning bolt (PS5)

Hello,

I purchased the Radiant Lightning Bolt Effect, but it does not apply to the lightning bolt triggered by the Choir of the Storm amulet.

When the amulet effect procs, the lightning bolt uses the default visual instead of the Radiant Lightning Bolt Effect.
