Weapon set slots and incorporating those

Hi,

I was wondering what kind of change might be required if the following would be possible:

Weapon set 1: Weapon in main hand, shield in offhand
Weapon set 2: no weapon in main hand, weapon in offhand

So then when switching sets would then leave the weapon set 1 weapon in its place and only swap the shield and the offhand weapon of the weapon set 2.

Would this be too much hassle to implement?
