Frost bomb unaffected by duration of skills modifiers

Frost bomb description says the orb should detonate when it's duration ends and it also has a duration tag, but the actual bomb appears to be unaffected by duration modifiers.

There are dedicated support gems for detonation time / fuse duration, such as Long Fuse and Short Fuse.


Edit for pulses: the wiki confirms that the pulse frequency cannot be modified.

Duration modifiers will affect the exposure duration.

For that you need "X% reduced skill effect duration" like the passive nodes 'Forthcoming' and 'Near at Hand': Duration: Skill effect duration

I know, what I meant is the description is unclear.
I have 92% decreased skill effect duration which I'd expect to affect frost bomb, but it has no effect.
With the way it's currently worded I'd expect detonation time to just be a specific skill duration, which the general "skill effect duration" modifier would also affect, especially when the duration tag exists on the skill(I suppose it's only for the exposure).

Whichever way it should actually work the description currently doesn't represent what actually happens in game.
