New performance issues - no changes made

Hi

Don't understand what has happened but all of a sudden POE2 is completely unplayable.

Have new, quite high-spec machine; have played every league/season since early access release including the new druid one all the way up until end game. 390hr with minimal issues. Now the last few days absolutely unplayable. Stuttering, 7 FPS, has even crashed a number of times of even trying to load. Cannot even cast a spell in hideout as takes few seconds to do this let alone even attempt to play the game. Every other game on my computer is running fine and smoothly.

Have uninstalled and re-installed. I have changed installation location from SDD drive to CPU drive. Graphics drivers are up to date and haven't changed for over a month - played last week with no issues. Have deleted the shader caches, have played around with all the graphic settings and vsync. Have tried launching through steam or directly through AMD. Other people have also been reporting similar issues in game.

I don't know what else to try or what has suddenly changed in the last few days.

Installed RAM 32.0 GB (31.1 GB usable)
System type 64-bit operating system, x64-based processor
