Log in from new location email not sent

Hey,

I try to write here, as I get the following email when writing an email, I get following error:

"support@grindinggear.com
Your message wasn't delivered because the recipient's email provider rejected it."

The email in question is the one from which this support ticket is made from.

The rejected email content is as following:

I've been getting these emails very regularly when I access my account at work/home, and now I am on vacation in UK and the pop up shows as per usual:

(screenshot showing the "The account has been locked because it was accessed from another location. Check email..." pop up).

The password has not been changed for a while; it's the same I always have been using since the last time there have been signs of someone trying to access the account, and there have not been any recent attempts that I can see.

Now I get a issue - I do not receive the email shown in above screenshot. I have tried several times now.

I can still log in onto my path of exile website.

Please confirm the steps I need to take to make it work.
