jade isles boss stuck on phase 1

I was playing and put my vision of paradise tablet in to fight boss and he got stuck in phase 1 and would go to phase 2. I figured let me go to character select and load back in and he was stuck there and i couldn't go to hideout and he didn't move. I loaded into hideout and the map will not let me reenter and it says map in progress. Can i please get the ability to rerun the maps again because i now lost 2 attempts and my tablet.
