Vaal Ruins: Co-Op Bugs

I play with my roommate. I finally convinced him to play again after he got turned off by the early seasons and he loves druid and the Vaal Ruins Temple

But every time we play we keep running into bugs where the Temple Desyncs from us if someone exits to store loot.
We've had some workarounds which were fine but now those stopped working ands its causing issues where one of us can't continue

Temple Instance bug Version #1 (I enter his temple first)
- Roommate selects [Run Temple] and I enter before he does
- Roommate later uses a portal to exit the Temple to drop off loot
--- The Result was that once inside if he left the temple by using the exit or Portal, the Entrance would be gone behind him
-------Workaround: He could click the Teleport To Friend option to re-enter the instance where the Entrance is active so he can re-enter

Temple Instance bug Version 2 (He enters his temple first)
- Roommate selects [Run Temple] and he enters before I do
- I later use a portal to exit the Temple to drop off loot
--- The Result was that once inside if I left the temple by using the exit or Portal, the Entrance would be gone behind me
-------Workaround: I could click the Teleport To Friend option to re-enter the instance where the Entrance is active so I can re-enter

These Two bugs have been happening for weeks now and were manageable because of the workaround
That changed today

Temple Instance bug Version #3 (He enters his temple first But he Dies at some point and is Revived)
- Roommate selects [Run Temple] and he enters before I do
- Roommate dies to random mob early on and I revive him
- Roommate later uses a portal to exit the Temple to drop off loot
--- The Result is NOW that the portal is closed behind him, but now trying to use the teleport to friend option does nothing. He is incapable of rejoining the instance.
-------Workaround: NONE

Please ffs fix this crap with the weird instance states
